FYI - Mark your calendars!

2010 Annual Pietenpol Reunion in Brodhead will be held July 22, 23, 24.  Hope to see you there.

 

 

               Brodhead 35th Annual Pietenpol Reunion

 

 The 35th Annual Pietenpol Reunion, hosted by Brodhead’s EAA Chapter 431, will take place in Brodhead, Wisconsin on Thursday, July 22nd to Saturday, July 24th.

 

Chapter 431 will be hosting dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Thursday menu is informal Pork BBQ on buns; Friday night will be the traditional Fish Boil; and Saturday night is the ever popular Pork Chop Dinner.  BarBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, chili dogs and chips will be available at the service window from 11am–2pm daily.  Friday morning there will be an informal buffet breakfast and Saturday morning is hot breakfast (pancakes, sausage and eggs.)   

 

Camping on the airport is allowed with a suggested small donation to the Brodhead Chapter.

 

BPA will again be on hand to facilitate the Saturday Forums (held in the Dining Hall) and provide free name tags for everyone with special badges for members.  Members who register will receive a ticket for the Membership Appreciation Award drawings to be held on Saturday evening just before supper.  Someone must be present at the drawing to select a prize. 

 

BPA will also be taking member pictures again this year for their archives.  Stop by and see if they have a picture on file or not.  They will also retake any pictures for members who don’t like the archived one.

On Saturday evening between 5PM (when the last Forum ends) and until dinner is served - BPA will hold the drawing for the “Membership Appreciation Awards.”

 

Make sure you are present or give your ticket to someone who can pick up your award should your name be drawn. As your ticket is drawn please come to the prize table ASAP and pick out your prize.  Study the prize list before the drawing so you have some idea what prize you would prefer.  If no one claims that ticket, another name will be drawn.

 

 
Membership in Brodhead Pietenpol Association is automatic upon receipt of payment. The Brodhead Pietenpol Newsletter is mailed to all members for the duration of their membership term.
