Ok,,, I got that prop making book by Eric Clutton and it's pretty good.I might even try building one once the piet is out of the house and at theairport.For now I think I'll just purchase one. I used the formulas he gives for thediameterand pitch. Best I could come up with is 64x36,, That's for the 100hpcorvair.Today I talked with Dave Miller from Culver Props in Penn. He mentioned thatwith thehorsepower and rpms, I could swing a 72in prop with no problem.
