Get a cheap metal cutting bandsaw from Grizzly or Harbor Freight. Use thefinest pitch bi-metal blade they sell. Set it up with the blade verticaland use the little table supplied. They're less than $200 and go through4130 steel sheet like butter. BTW, my experiences with Replicraft weretotally unsatisfactory.
