There is a Continental C-65 on EBAY right now with astarting bid of $800. It says it was running when removed. It does notlook like there is a reserve. Les,As for plugs the only new production non shielded plug is the Champion M-41.As for C-26's you might look at fly-in flea markets, I bought 4 sets for myMenascoand 3 sets of BG plugs,although everyone says that the BG's are junk... Theyall wereeither new or remanufactured, the reman ones look just like the new ones,only way Icould tell is the tube they came in had reman printed on it.I have a Marvel-Sheveler (misspelled I'm sure) MA-3 for a Lycoming O-145that hasno mixture control. I don't think I'd worry too much about it, I wired minefull rich onour Piper J-5A, I'm not much on leaning, seen too many guys ruin perfectlygood engineswith that little knob, although it would take some fear out of shut down.Also my two cent's worth...if the Case mags are working fine I wouldn'tchange them out...but if you do I'd be very interested in them for my J-5Al Latham----- Original Message -----
