I stumbled across a bargain bin at the local tree nursery, of all places, when we went to get our Christmas tree. C-clamps in 2 or 3 differentsizes, and those small bar type clamps. Just perfect for the Piet.$1.98 each!! I wiped them out of all 15 clamps.He- heKent________________________________________________________________________________

So I have seen some folks using a circular clamp lately. Is it just a piece ofblack pvc with a line cut in it? I saw some on cliff dawsons page and it soundslike that is all he used. Any input would be great.Bill ColleranN424BKRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ______Date: Sun, 9 May 2010 10:59:41 -0500 (GMT-05:00)

Jeff,Yes the trim system did work quite well.I originally had a lever in its place to tension the cables on the elevatorhorn but couldn't get enough travel. I came up with the idea of wrapping thecables round a piece of pvc tube suitably mounted on the fuse side.http://www.cpc-world.com/new_card_image ... 10_JPG.jpg shows theconcept.I don't have much else in the way of design details. A bit of a "back of afag (cigarette) packet" design.CheersPeter-----Original Message-----
