I know this has been covered from time to time in the past, but with many new memberslately I think it's time to bring this up again as a friendly reminder. Some of you are posting photos that are so large that I have to scroll sideto side and up and down just to see one photo, making it hard sometimes to evensee what I'm looking at. We all love to see the photos of the progress, orof certain construction details to answer specific questions, but PLEASE resizeyour photos down to a more reasonable size like 800x600 pixels. It really makes it much more pleasurable to look at a whole image at one timerather than looking at a fraction of an exceptionally large image trying to figureout what you're looking at. It also makes the text from the replies mucheasier to read without having to scroll side to side numerous times. And bydownsizing your photos, it will make them upload faster and save bandwidth onthe Matronics list. Thanks!--------Billy McCaskillUrbana, ILtail section almost done, starting on ribs soonRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: Re: B&B turnbuckles

I met Carson Vella from Brisbane today. He called in to have a look at where Iam up to and share the photos of his Piet progress. He mentioned about these turnbucklesto me. Im still in the very early stages of building but when a bargaincomes along I try and collect as many parts as I can. I havent looked atthe turnbuckles on the plans to know what size and how many I will need. ApparentlyB & B doesn't have an email address and will not send overseas which isa bummer for me! Would anyone who hasn't ordered theirs and is going to, be prepared to order mea set and post them too me here in Australia? Of course I will reimburse fullcosts of the turnbuckles with postage and will shout you a beer too!Cheers ScottyAustralia--------ScottyTamworth, AustraliaBuilding a Corvair Powered Pietenpol Air Camperwww.scottyspietenpol.comRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... __________

Scott,I could assist if you want. First I would suggest searching eBay forawhile, I purchased more than I needed for under $100. B&B are great folks.I know I receive anything ordered before they get my check. From experiencetheir inventory can be limited so they may not have everything you need. Ifyou want me to help send me a detailed listing of what you want off list.JackDSM-----Original Message-----

Scotty, sorry I don't have a list, I'm not that far along. I just purchasedvarious sizes on eBay as they became available at a good price. What youneed will really depend on your ship and where you want to utilize them. Iwould guess there are no two alike in the fleet.JackDSM -----Original Message-----
