Sorry, Mark, I don't remember. It was thin gauge that was laying in the scrapbin. The control horn steel would probably be ok. It has to be thin enough toform around the lugs and the top of the gear. Maybe get a couple of 12x12 piecesof various sizes to be on the safe side? JohnDrill the holes after you get the wing tip built and your fittings made. Afterthat it will be apparent where the holes need to be.
