A few years ago I saw an article on wooden wing spars. I think it was by Ron Alexander...but then again I'm not the sharpest knife in the set, so it could have been someone else. Please help me find this piece. Thanks.Ron________________________________________________________________________________

Ron,Not sure what type of info you're looking for, but there were a series of articles by Ron Alexander on wood aircraft construction, Sport Aviation, Dec. '98-April '99. That's what I found with a quick search thru the online SA archives. There were also some earlier articles on structural analysis by, I think, Molt Taylor. Those were from the 60's if my memory's correct.KenOn Mar 14, 2012, at 8:58 AM, Ron Eisaman wrote:> A few years ago I saw an article on wooden wing spars.
