Spoked Wheels on Cub Gear

Received via e-mail at BPA headquarters.
I just bought a Pietenpol and joined the BPA.  It looks to be from original plans, NOT a Grega. It has a Model A engine and Cub gear.  I don't care for the gear and wish to  change it to an original. For now I would like to keep the landing gear and replace the 800-4  wheels and tires with spoke wheels. I can't seem to find much information on what wheels are suitable.Can spoke wheels be installed on the cub axles?  If not, what is required?  Are plans available for the original gear as designed by BHP.  Do you have a member who would be willing to chat by phone?  I don't do this computer stuff well.  Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
