"Rodger & Betty Childs" I never saw spar repair by filling the crack with glue called out as an acceptable fix in any FAA manual. I don't think Spartan or anyother A&P school calls out doing it that way either. I just have trouble with that way of repair.Try to get the spar blank replaced as not being what was wanted orordered, or use it in some other capacity.RodgerPiet in progress________________________________________________________________________________
