I started chasing this Pietenpol project because it matches my interest inaviation history with my desire to build an airplane. Hi Kevin,If you haven't read them, be sure and read the series of articles that BobWhittier did about the Pietenpol in EAA Experimenter a couple of years ago.They gave a pretty complete history of the airplane, including itspredecessors.
