I just used some of the little scraps from the capstrips since they are the correct width, made a little jig for the bandsaw with the correct angle and a stop. Cut a whole baggie full in just a few minutes.Spent a little time of the first one, but after I got the jig just right, I had to remind myself to pay attention for safety.I do have one question... Do you glue the wedges on the ribs prior to assembling the wing, or after you have the ribs on the spars?Joe>From: "Gene Rambo" >>How hard is it really to cut one long piece of wedge-shaped wood and then>slice off 1/4" pieces as needed and slip them under the rib with a dab of>glue?
