Hey gents, I have my rib wood, and my T-88, and have picked up a sheet of 1/8 plywoodfrom Aircraft Spruce a few weeks back. My dilema, our house is closing escrowin two weeks, and I want to cut up the gusset material. My plans manual is alreadypacked, and from what i can tell from the rib drawing, the gussets seem tobe pretty uniform at 1 1/2" x 7/8" in size. If I cut out enough to do what appearsto be 26 gusstes on each rib (times 32 ribs ), will 1 1/2" x 7/8" be O.K.?I don't want to store the gusset plywood, and DO WANT to start building theribs as soon as I get moved in to a new place. I figure cutting them out willkeep the plywood from warping in storage, and be able to pack them in a neatlittle box for easy access after the move. What does this sound like to you whohave built your wings already? I appreciate your help.
