The GN-1 wing is similar to the Pietenpol's. The under camber is therebutthe aileron hinge setup is different. The hinge is on the center of theaileron spar and needs a gap seal from top to bottom. The Piet setup withthe piano hinge along the top edge makes more sense would be less prone tobinding/hinge center line errors and wouldn't need a gap seal. I started building a GN-1 before I knew the differences between thedesigns. At this point in time my project is a blend of the two designs. Theadjustable wing position of the Pietenpol is definitely an advantage. Gregadesigned the GN-1 when Cub parts were plentiful. If you're talking about the end of the aileron, between the rib and the wing, it does not seem to be shown on the Aircamper plans but I assume that most builders would make it the same as the hinge gap, 3/8".So, you are in Argentina?
