Hi guys,The guy who started my project made up tie rods for to .brace the center sectionand landing gear (straight axle) instead of cables. By are beautiful and I'dlike to leave them but I was wondering if anyone knew the strenth factor versusswaged cables because these end in threaded clevis fittings. I know rodsare used all the time as flying wires etc, but these are eight inch and I waswondering if threaded ends like that could be a weak link.
