Pietenpol-List: Revmaster for a Piet

First of all, I'm new to the Piet community and I've really enjoyed andappreciated the Pietenpol list e-mails. Thanks to everyone who responded tomy inquiry about using a Revmaster on a Camper. The information was veryhelpful. I've decided not to use the Revmaster and to go with a Continentalinstead. Tried and true makes more sense.I'm building a Piet and have the fuse, empennage, landing gear and all ofthe ribs complete for my long fuse Camper and I'm about to start the wing.Other than meeting and talking to Mike C. (thanks for the help Mike) I wasfeeling pretty lonesome in the Piet world. But after subscribing to thePietenpol-list I do believe there's life out there. I don't know Chuck but Ido envy him his adventure and wish him a great and safe journey.Incidentally, If anyone needs a zero time Revmaster 2100D I know where youcan get one. And if anyone knows of a good Continental 65hp engine, I'm nowin the market. Thanks again for all your help guys.Dave________________________________________________________________________________

Mike, The Revmaster has: Electric start, Alternator, vacuum pump, Propeller, spinner and as far as I can tell it's never been run because the starter isstill engaged from the factory. Will any of the Piets be at the show thisyear?Dave-----Original Message-----
