They are nice and wet when I take them out, as in really wet and pliable. I have not noticed any staining, weakness or discoloration from this. Also, some how something leaked into my fuselage and stained the mahogany plywood on the floor. I think it was water off the garage door as I would open it though I'm not sure as I never saw it drip nor have I since seen it drip. In any event I think the plywood might stain easily. I would think if you wrap it up as tight as you can you will be fine.
