Subject: Pietenpol-List: KFLVI may be sent to Leavenworth, Kansas for a year. NO not the prison, Fort Leavenworththe military base, for a school. Does anyone have any experience with KFLV? I know that it is a military runwaywith a civilian FBO. This allows the Army to spread some costs and the city ofLeavenworth to get acess to a cheap airport. Steven,I have flown in and out of there is the C-12 and as a civil pilot, nice airport and some great things to do in and around the Kansas city area. As to there hangers and space there are two large hangers and I have never seen them full, so I would think you would have very little possible damage to your aircraft.Chet KJEF 125nm east.----- Original Message -----
