I've done a thorough search on this list's archive, and I'm pretty sure that evenif it is done, it is not posted on this list.Only thing we can be sure is that all four configurations (3/4" full, 1" routed,1" I-beam, 1 1/4" box spar) have been built in numbers and flying safely. Itis not quite clear to me if box spar is mandatory modification in UK to geta licence, or just preferred way of building it.I would love to see a table with columns with weight figures and relative strengthcompared to, for instance, 3/4" solid spruce spar, price figure and time neededto build it.
