I noticed this evening, a little grass strip on the New York sectional called Markle Airport, in Phillipsburg, NJ, 2NJ6.Owned by one Raymond Markle, the field is a comfortable 2200' long by 65' wide, and is practically right on the Delaware river.Is this a relative of our very own Jim Markle? We went to a fly-in at Ranger, TX last month. Lots of fun. A couple of EAA 59guys from Waco took some pictures of me getting in the front seat. The photosmade it into their newsletter.
