Thank all of you that braved the unusual weather to come to Frazier lake. It was a great time for me and I think several of the others who attended. It is that one chance each year to talk in person and compare notes and information. Charlie and his family and Mike Groah and is lovely bride worked hard to make it a success. We hope the weather will be more normal next year and more can come. Even with a 30 mph cross wind on the runway we had a good time=2C just not in the air. Just a lot of hot air. We have a super supportive group out west an want to invite more of you to take advantage of it. We are like the Marines=2C we want a few more good men and women in our group. All of use who are building are willing to have you come by and share ideas. That is how well all build a better product. Thanks again. Dear fellow Brodhead attenders...I have the engine mount jig that I made to make mine, then my dad's, then Douweused it to make his new one. It is for the small Continentals. Even thoughI am planning to fly to Brodhead this year, if there is someone who is gettingclose to building their mount, I could see that it makes it to Brodhead forthem to use. The only catch is that it makes it back to Brodhead next year forthe next person to use. It is made of angle iron and is pretty heavy. Probablynot very good for stuffing in an airplane.
