I have finally gotten back at working on the Piet and have an aileron question. How far down should the aileron move in full deflection. While sanding and rounding off corners today I noticed that the ailerons don=99t seem to move down very far. The bolt heads on the hinges stop the movement. I could recess the bolt heads and gain some but perhaps I did not angle the front spar of the aileron enough. Would someone measure the inches or angle that the aileron deflects downward on a flying Piet and help me out please? I know the ailerons on my Chief deflect more but I never use full deflection when flying so it is hard to compare.Thank a lot.Ralph in SD________________________________________________________________________________
