Are these the mock-up ones?If not they have to be fine filed smooth, all edgesrounded off, ALL scratches removed and thenfine sanded to a polish.Clif Here's the hinges he just finished using 6061 aluminum. He built a mockup first to make sure everything would fit. Has anyone done them like this? Any see any potential issues? Thanks! Well, on the way over to Brodhead from Poplar Grove last year, with Jack Philips and Gene Rambo, they clocked my airspeed (mine was inop) at 76 mph. Not bad for a model A. And the year before, on the same leg with the former T.C. Larry Williams, I had to do S turns periodically so I could keep him in sight till we got there.
