Andy welcome to the list! Great that your are moving towards a build/project? Personally I would pass on the project. I purchased one and was not happy with the quality even though it was probably airworthy. The only part I used were the wheels and tires after completely redoing them. I ended up selling or giving the rest away. I think it would take less time and the same money to start from scratch. My opinion, take it for what it's worth.
