The photos show the plywood completelybacking (under) the fittings. However, the plans indicate a smaller pieshaped piece of ply which comes up to but not under the fittings. It seems tome that without the ply backing the cabane fittings will not snug up againstthe center sect. spar which doesn't seem right. I am leaning toward the largerply backing as per the photos.
