If any Pieters are wandering around the vendor area of Sun N Fun, pleasestop by the Steen Aero Lab tent and say hi to me and my better halfKristin... we always try to work in some Piet photos in our daily reports onthe Steen website, hopefully we'll have a few Piets to see this time around.(Heck, on April First I actually got away with claiming Mike Cuy's Piet asthe new "Sport Pilot Skybolt"... it's still posted in the news area atwww.steenaero.com
Anyhoo, Kristin and I are still future Piet/Corvairbuilders at this point, but I always love to talk Piets and airplanes ingeneral with like-minded folks! Look forward to spending some time in thewoodworking tent... I didn't see any Piet forums on the listing from earlierthis week, but hopefully there will be something. I think it'll be a reallygood show, and the weather should be nice. BTW, you should also be sure togo see William Wynne's Corvair Zodiac XL over in the Zenith Aircraftdisplay... it's a great aircraft and flies really nicely... climbs like arocket!BTW, if anyone would like to give someone their very first ride in an AirCamper, I'm always available! :)Bedtime now... gotta drive to Lakeland in the AM. Hope to see some of youthere.
