He also made anotherfor 311CC which I sold with the project. Jim has moved from Marfa, Texas toOlathe, Colorado. His phone is 970 323 6341. He just might have some of hisgrandpas patterns for a full scimitar. Good luckCorky---------------------------------from AOL at AOL.com. ---------------------------------Expecting? I am getting ready to rig the aileron cables on my GN-1.I see in the plans thatit calls for AN-210.I do not see the diameter and from looking at the plans theonly thing I can find to give a size is the pulley guard distance of 1 1/16- that indicates to me that the 2" O.D. ones are big enough though from readingthe A/S catalog I'm not sure those are acceptible for flight controls on 90degree bends. Is this what most are using? I'm using MS24566-3B pulleys on my GN-1. The attached photo shows thewing pulleys done per the cad plans. The center section pulleys aremuch more complicated -- the plans are wrong (just one of dozens oferrors). The drawing was fudged to make the pulley fit on the spar. Inreality the bottom of the pulley protrudes through the bottom of thewing. The center section pulleys have to be staggered so the cablesdon't interfere and canted 3 degrees aft because of the placement of theaileron control horn on the front stick. Good Luck.Tom BernieGloucester Mass-----Original Message-----
