Does anyone have a suggestion for brakes to use with Airdrome's wire wheels?I've ordered a pair based on some of the reports I've seen in the archivesbut I haven't found any info about brakes that would be suitable.Bob________________________________________________________________________________

I am copying this for mywire wheels. I think they look very Piet-ish. My opinion!Without a continuing top longeron on the right side, I don't think I would want to fly with you. With a full load, two people, and a slightly hard landing, you just might fold the fuselage. The top and bottom longerons are taking the major tensile and compressive loads on your airframe. Cutting not one but two "notches" 7" deep on one side really reduces the integrity of your fuselage.Roman Bukolt NX20795retired Machine Design EngineerBut that's only MY opinion. ----- Original Message -----
