How did everybody who didn't attach to the rudder route their tailwheelcables forward? I am planning on tying them into the rudder cables under orjust behind the seat, but I am concerned because they seem to join therudder cable at an appreciable down angle. Seems like it'll pull down onthe rudder cable when encountering resistance turning the tailwheel.Should I route them through a fairlead to get a lesser angle or is it not aproblem?Douwe________________________________________________________________________________Date: Wed, 10 Jun 2009 05:24:27 -0700 (PDT)

I did mine just like Bill Rewey did, with the cable to the tail wheel clamped to the rudder cable, just behind the rear seat. See his info package.--Jim Lagowski, NX221PT----- Original Message -----
