Nice looking GN-1 and I like the adjustable strut length jig idea.

Jim:DJ's old site shows several pictures on how he did it.http://www.imagedv.com/aircamper/log/im ... 08-04.htmI am thinking potentialy you could even have a bunge on the inside so it isself retracting though that may complicate dismount.Michael----- Original Message -----

Roger Mann sells plans for the "Ultra Piet" under the Rag Wing company name. A google search will probably yield a website and more info. If memory serves me correctly, he uses the KAW 440 almost exclusively in his single seat designs. The Ultra Piet is a single seat design, and sounds similiar to what you're describing (I don't know about the airfoils, etc).Wayne Bressler Jr.Taildraggers, Inc.taildraggersinc.comOn Jul 21, 2010, at 11:50 AM, Tim Willis wrote:> >>> I was wondering, as it looked compact and perhaps light.>> In 2006 I saw a fellow at Brodhead with a single place mini-air > camper.
