Trying to figure out the right prop for an 0200 piet is turning out to be abit tricky. There are only a few around and each one has a different propand all the "experts" completely disagree.I noticed one of the "Brodhead gang" owns a red Hatz with cream wings whichis 0200 powered and I thought his prop experience may prove helpful. However, I don't know his name, but I've seen him there every time I'vevisited. He pals around with Ted Davis, is about 5'9" with a moustache and was one ofthe guys behind the Barnstorming movie.Does anyone know who I'm talking about who could help me with a name or away to find him? OR, does anyone have a number for Ted Davis? He'scertainly know.Thanks!Douwe________________________________________________________________________________

Hey Gene,I just said a prayer for you! Sorry you have to go through this, I know howtough it is having watched a bunch of friends do it recently. Sounds likeyou know the Lord and are keeping an optimistic attitude, keep it up!! He'sgot a plan!!!Don Emch has the wings and is pretty much ready to start covering, so theyshould be done within a few monthsGreg Cardinal rebuilt the tail surfaces and I just got those at Brodhead(wouldn't charge me, just told me to "pay it forward")Fixed some surprisingly minor damage to the fuselage, which is stripped andinstalled an 0200. Just finished the mounts and firewall a couple of daysago.Making new wheels (my fourth set!.... don't ask...)Will have a completely new "look" and color scheme as the new engine justdoesn't seem to work with that old 20/30's look I was going for with the oldone.I agree with Jack when he says rebuilding his was one of the hardest thingshe's done. It definitely is a slogging match now, and much of the fun hasbeen taken out of it. Brodhead helped a lot, and coming up with a new lookhas interjected some novelty back into the project. Other than that it is adaily fight to get my but out there and move it forward. However, I amdetermined to get her done, hopefully by end of winter, unless this 0200throws me some curves and turns out not to be as represented.Stay tough bro!!Douwe________________________________________________________________________________Date: Fri, 30 Jul 2010 07:18:57 -0500Subject: Re: Pietenpol-List: need help finding some Brodhead guys
