Larry,I have over 400 hours in the Piet, 1600 hours in taildraggers and teachtailwheel transition. Every landing is different in a Piet. Nothing evergets automatic. When I flew to Brodhead in 99 it was difficult to make twogood landings in row. Each landing was different because the color of therunways and white numbers and the heat was different at each one. Each onefelt like you were riding a bronco. You fly this plane to the tiedown onwindy days.TedP.S. the bird farts are really aggravating when the bird is ahead of yousoaring along for a while without moving its wings.
