I have a divorce coming up and I need to lighten my load a little. I have avery nice Sky Scout for sale. The fusalage and engine are from a previouslyflying plane and are complete and ready to go. The wings and tail weretaken for another Piet project. I do have a complete new tail ready tocover though. I also have a complete set of GN-1 ribs already completed. Ihave the center section spars done and the spruce for the outboard wingspars. I just welded up a very nice aluminum center section wing tank. Allmetal fittings are completed. I have the drag wires, pulleys, etc. All youwill need to buy to finish this project is the spruce leading edge for thewing, plywood or sheet metal to cover the leading edge, material for thestruts, aileron cables, and covering supplies. Should be well under $500for everything to complete and can be done in probably a few months time. Ido also have the covering materials and would sell them with the project, but I have another plane I can use them on also. The engine is a Chrysler 2.2 and it has electric start. It has a very nicewood prop, starter, and alternator.First $6,500 takes it all. I am still working on the plane a few times aweek and price will go up as it gets nearer to completion. This is really asteal. Craftsmanship on the plane is very good. The work was done by a guythat built several other Piets. My number is 904-536-1780. The Plane is in Jacksonville, FL.Brian KrautEngineering Alternatives, Inc.www.engalt.com________________________________________________________________________________Date: Thu, 8 Nov 2007 17:57:56 -0800 (PST)

I finally made a web page for my Sky Scout project. I want to finish it,but I have nine other airplane projects I am working on right now andanother new one coming in two weeks. If it does not sell I will finish it.It is #3 in line right now behind a Monerai motor glider that will be readyin two to three weeks and a customer's KR-2 project. Possibly I will have acustomer Pitts project and a couple of RVs jumping ahead of it also soon. The web site is at:http://www.engalt.com/pietenpol_sky_sco ... t.htmBrian KrautEngineering Alternatives, Inc.www.engalt.com________________________________________________________________________________

Walt,I sell the Jungster 1 plans for Stan McLeod. The Jungster 1 has a narrow fuselage,so if you are very big, you need to widen it. That is very simple to do.It is a very nice flying airplane if built to plans, light and you make thelanding gear correctly. According to Stan, many a homebuilt taildragger has the landing gear set up wrong.I have a Jungster 1 project for sale. Shad is doing a nice job on his Jungster1. He is going to have a bunch of fun some day!Pastor Mike Townsley in Iowa--------Serve the Lord with gladness,MikeRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: Re: Sky Scout for sale

Think I would rather consider something that would work well on a hot day, waysabout the same as an 0-200 and can be purchased new with a warranty like theFranklin 0-235 PZL, they are on sale for $6900.http://www.franklinengines.com/index.cfmJimRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... __________
