Speaking of the SR-71 (and related) aircraft-I'm currently reading a great book, "Skunk Works",by Ben Rich, former director of the LockheedSkunk Works. It is an amazingly frank and detailed description of the development of theF-117A, U-2, SR-71, and other stealth projects.Great reading. Co-authored by the same guy whoco-authored "Yeager", which if you haven't read-do so this winter!!!Put another 0.9 on the A75 and it's purring likea kitten. Too bumpy to run the Vx/Vy/best glidetesting I planned to do, so I'll have to try todo that in the calm of the morning one day thisweek. I'm past the halfway point on the testtime on the engine and it is now completelyleak-free and loosened up.
