Walter, I would use the red-orange colored SCAT tubing in the engine compartment, it's the type that is heat resistant. CAT tubing works okay where there's low heat like for fresh-air ducting.Gary Meadows________________________________________________________________________________

Subject: Re: Pietenpol-List: cat or scat?SCAT. The Cat is double walled and there is a tendency sometimes for theinner wall to pull loose which can block off the air flow. There was anAD note, no longer active, against the Beech Muskateer several years agoon this.John LangstonPipe Creek, TXnle97(at)juno.com________________________________________________________________________________
